Coffer Guard uses the contact details and product requirements you choose to provide to review and respond to your inquiry.

Quotation drafts and submitted inquiries

The quotation wizard keeps your draft, including contact details, in this browser. Closing the tab does not erase it. Use Start over or clear browser data for this site to remove the draft.

Clicking Send inquiry submits the complete summary to our website. Inquiry records are encrypted in our Cloudflare-hosted database and retained for 30 days before routine deletion. Notifications and subsequent correspondence are handled through Zoho Mail; copies in business mailboxes are managed separately from the website database.

A receipt confirms that the website saved your inquiry. It does not place an order or confirm a price, compatibility or delivery date.

Product assistant

When you use the assistant, your messages, relevant conversation history and product requirements are sent to DeepSeek to generate a response. Chat history and draft text are kept in session storage in this tab for navigation between pages. Clear browser data for this site to remove them.

The assistant cannot place orders or submit inquiries on your behalf. Do not enter passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential customer information.

Application diagnostics record technical outcomes, timing and usage counts rather than conversation text. Hosting and AI providers may process technical request data under their own service arrangements.

Email, WhatsApp and privacy requests

Opening an email or WhatsApp link takes you to that service. Information you choose to send is handled through that channel. For questions or requests about information you shared, contact sales@cgcashdrawer.com, with enough context to identify your inquiry.
